Returns, refunds & replacements
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Because each Venus Box is personalized and hygiene-sensitive, all sales are final once processed. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost, we’ll replace or credit—just contact us within the time windows below.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Email support@venus-labs.io within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box, item, and shipping label. We’ll replace or credit promptly.
What if my package is lost?
If tracking hasn’t updated or shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date; we’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source directly from verified Korean partners. 100% authentic.

Yes. Note allergens/concerns in onboarding; our Seoul estheticians vet ingredients before shipping.
