Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Venus Labs Inc. (“Venus,” “we,” or “our”). This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders and subscriptions—and when refunds or replacements may apply.
1. Order Processing
Instant Fulfillment: Orders and subscription renewals are processed automatically once payment is confirmed.
Processing Time: Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.
- A shipping confirmation email and tracking number are sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Because Venus Boxes are personalized and start fulfillment immediately upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been placed.
2. Shipping Methods and Timing
U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch (times vary by customs and destination).
Shipping Cost: Displayed at checkout; promotions or subscription tiers may include free shipping.
All shipment times are estimates only; external carrier delays are outside our control.
3. Customs and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes assessed by their country. These fees are not included in Venus pricing.
4. Tracking and Delivery Issues
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
If an order appears lost or damaged, notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at support@venus‑labs.io. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed lost or damaged, send a replacement or appropriate remedy as required by law.
5. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, Venus will notify you. Reshipment can be arranged once the additional shipping fees have been paid.
6. No Refund Policy
All payments to Venus Labs Inc. are final once an order or subscription renewal has been placed.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after an order is processed, except where required by applicable consumer‑protection laws (for example, if an item arrives defective, incorrect, or not received due to carrier loss).
Please double‑check your order details and shipping address before confirming checkout.
7. Changes to Shipping Information
Address changes can only be made before your order is marked “shipped.”
